We’ve seen firsthand the difference a healthy, well-led church can make in a community. We believe the local church is one of the greatest forces for good—and we also know that church buildings require intentional care and stewardship to fully support that mission.
Early on, we served on the ground at a single church, managing day-to-day facility needs, supporting events, and coordinating volunteers. At the same time, Dustin was managing facilities across churches, nonprofits, and government buildings. No matter the setting, the same challenges kept surfacing.
Churches were doing their best with the people and resources they had—but many were stuck in a cycle of reactive maintenance, without a long-term plan or clear systems to follow. Good people were left solving complex facility problems they were never trained to manage.
We also saw how difficult it is for churches to hire experienced, certified facility managers. Budgets are often limited, and many churches rely on volunteers or part-time staff. Leaders knew their buildings needed more structure and better systems—but didn’t always have access to someone who knew how to build them.
We’re not here to be your facility manager. We’re here to equip the people you already have—volunteers, staff, board members, and administrators—with a customizable framework, a clear plan, and practical guidance they can actually use.
Our goal is simple: to reduce stress, improve stewardship, and make facility care a manageable, sustainable part of church life—not a constant source of pressure.
Because when your building is cared for, your people are free to focus on what matters most: ministry.
